FED pitching question
 
FED rules. Can a pitcher have white athletic tape on his glove wrist if it shows above his glove? We had this question yesterday and the two umpires did not agree on the answer.

By rule, not if it's distracting to the batter. 1-4-2

Umpire has sole authority as to whether item is distracting or not.
