Lineup Card examples / Notes

I have always either been base umpire for High school and up, or the game didnt require lineup cards (little league). I am going to start being NFHS behind the plate and i wonder if anyone could upload a photo of some of their lineup card notes from previous games. Just wondering what notes and things you track and how you track them. Everytime i search, it just shows me the leather booklet to keep them in (which i purchased).

Just looking for real examples of PU game notes kept.

Just for starters Courtesy Runner documentation in a consistent place you would write on your card, eg:

6CRC 7CRP 5CRC 7CRC
When you hear or write down the last one you would note that 7 already courtesy ran for the catcher and can not CR for the pitcher. You would try to prevent that happening.

Also search in Umpire-Empire.

For example, there is one model here: Lineup card management - Youth Recreation Ball - Umpire-Empire (post #3)

Or here: midwestump.blogspot.com/2012/03/basic-lineup-card-management.html

I carry a 4-color pen. Subs in red, CR in green, notes in black, P visits in blue
