I came over from the basketball board to tell you this. I was watching an episode of Family Feud tonight and one of the questions was, "Name the sport with the fattest referees." The number one answer was "Baseball". I didn't laugh. Oh yeah - the number two answer was "Football". They only gave two answers.

I guess the contestant didn't know the difference between a referee and an umpire. :rolleyes:

A referee stands 10-15 yards behind the line of scrimmage to one side of the QB. An umpire sits in a chair and watches the players fight over who gets to hit a fuzzy yellow ball.
