fair or foul ball?
 
a pitch is bunted and bounces in fair territory, it then bounces up and over the foul line, into foul territory, but is caught in the air before touching the ground. So bounces once in fair territory and then caught in the air while in foul territory but never touches foul ground. Fair or foul ball?

If the ball was in foul territory when touched, it is foul. It's always where the ball is when touched or stops moving.
