Pitching Requirement?
 
NFHS question: If the pitcher who has been pitching comes out and throws warmups for the next inning, must he pitch to a batter or can he be substituted for before he faces a batter in a new inning? In NCAA he must pitch to the first batter of the inning...but is there the same rule in NFHS?

No such rule in FED.

It's a relatively recent addition to OBR / NCAA -- so expect FED to catch up in about 25 years.
