Interference?
 
Runner on first with one out. Batter bunts ball foul toward on deck circle. The on deck batter catches the ball in the air. No defensive player anywhere near ball. They never even attempted to go after it. Is that interference? High school rules.

Doesn't sound like it. It was in foul territory and there was no play to be made.
