Maybe.... Jjuuussstttt maybe if they translated the NFHS Rule Book into another language it would be easier to understand...
California has requested that copies of this year's NFHS Rule books be printed in Spanish. This is keeping in step to ensuring that the non-english speaking U.S. Citizen's of California can vote, buy used vehicles, drive used vehicles, and referee high school sports... Only kidding on the latter..
