5 yd Facemask enforcement

2nd down and 15 yards to go from B's 40 yard line. A1 carries the ball and gains 5 yards to B's 35. On the play B1 grabs and releases A1's facemask.

Ruling: 5 yd Facemask Penalty

Can someone post for me the proper enforcement of this foul?

5 yards "added on" to the end of the run. Replay the down. 2/5 for A.

It will be 5 yards from the end of the run...therefore it will be A's ball on the 30 and 1st down 5 to go.

How different is Canadian rules than NF or NCAA? It seams quite different from some of the posts you have made.
