Rich 4 years later, I see knickers as clown pants. As in, "Why are those clowns still wearing knickers?"

Forksref Until the white stripe came in, I thought the plain black pants made guys look like they were doing flag football or a coach coming on the field to do a JH game. With the stripe, now they look like a real uniform.

asdf I saw where Ohio is allowing shorts for August and September games, however they are using plain black shorts....no stripe.

They also must have belt loops and wear a belt (to keep the Nike basketball pants off the field). And my varsity crew will NOT be wearing shorts! I really was shocked when I saw the announcement that we could wear shorts and do not expect many crews to don them.
