Violation!
While holding the ball, a player's location is simply where they are touching. In this case, the player is only touching the floor in one location...the frontcourt. The player is in the frontcourt, the ball is in the frontcourt. A pass to a player in the backcourt is a violation.
Both feet and the ball on apply during a dribble, not to a player who has ended the dribble.
