My only point is the comment seemed mostly in jest and if it was serious why would you care? I do not like certain companies either, does that make my perception totally wrong? My opinion of any company might be from my personal experiences and that at the end of the day is all that matters to most consumers.

Who was up in arms about it? I think that's an overreaction. And this being the offseason, it's at least something to talk about. It was brought up. I asked why. The answer was weak. I was just having a conversation. Whoop de do.

And I am having a conversation too. No sweat off my back either way. I know why I am having the conversation as well. But you took what was a throw-away comment and made it into an (serious) indictment of a company. Now I have read people say much worse about officiating outlet companies that will remain nameless on this site and I do not recall many people calling someone ignorant for having a different opinion or feeling negatively about their experiences. I like Nike shoes, I wear them a lot. But I know people that do not like them and like other companies. And if I called them evil or any other company, there is nothing you are going to say that will change that fact. 😉

Stop being a baby. I did not say my opinion was more important or trumped your opinion. I just found it odd that what was basically a fun comment and explained as such that the place you went was calling someone ignorant. Now I know this place has people get upset about all kinds of things, but really that was something to call someone ignorant for? I found it odd that is all. But then you are going to have to get upset more, because a lot of people do not like Nike for more than just how their shoes fit on their specific feet.
