APG On TV? What game was this? If you think the player threw the ball at the player on purpose, then yes a T...could even be a flagrant T.. especially if he threw the ball forcibly.

APG What channel did you see the game? ESPN network, CBS, etc? If it was thought that the player threw it at the player on purpose, then a T would be appropriate...maybe even a flagrant T in some circumstances.
