Let's go back to Chuck's description of the play and change one thing --player is hold ball in his hands and pivoting on his buttucks. What would the call be? To help me make this call, I will relate what the IABBO board 12 interpreter said: A player can slide on the floor with the ball and if if is on his back when the slide stops he can only sit up. Any other movement (rolling over, etc) is traveling. In Chuck's play, the player is sitting on the floor twirling. I gotto go with traveling based on what I have learned.

I do not think grasping or squeezing the ball with the bottom portion of your legs constitutes an intentional kick. JMHO.
