It makes no difference whether the ball goes into the BC or not. When A1 touches the ball, he has BC status. Violation.

is the team A member that touched it before a member of team B. Last touched by A2 in the frontcourt--->first touched by A1 who has backcourt status. Pretty straightforward, ain't it?
