As long as we're picking on those misunderstood rules from his page, #27 says that "A referee can make up to three separate 5 second counts (hold, dribble, hold.)

I hope this is one that you're going to fix, cause if I get to 5 on either of the first hold or dribble, I'm blowing the whistle.

Check on #39 too, cause I'm pretty sure that hanging on the rim is a direct technical.
