Are you looking to ref or to chat? If you want work with quality players, AAU is just starting up and there are lots of club sponsored tournaments in addition to the AAU qualifiers. Database allows searches by state, so you can look at what's up in California. Lets you know the ages involved if you want to limit yourself to certain age groups as well. It is mainly for coaches to find tournaments, but it gives contact info and you can probably find out how your local tourneys are getting their officials or get a list of tournaments to request jobs from your assigners.
