I'm voting for no look back rule violation. I also think that in the spirit of the rule, the founding fathers thought possession & control to be synonymous.

Are you resuming the original discussion? It is now moot. Remember what I said just above - the ASA rule has been modified. Among other things, they have added the phrase "... and control" to the rule.
