In Michigan,
Average varsity pay is $55
Average junior varsity pay is $40
Average freshman pay is $40
Average pay for anything else is $50 for 2 games in the junior high level.
These rates are average rates not based on any school or league size as all schools try to be as close as possible with each other. The varsity pay is also per official, no matter of a 2-man crew, or 3-man crew.
