I disagree. Some officials havn't picked up a rule book since the beginning of the year. Don't blame a call like that on a senior official because officials of all ages are making strange calls due to lack of knowlege concerning the rules. My memory may be fading but I can remember that rule!!! Are there any more "old farts" out there? We don't have to take this kind of BS from these young un"s!!!!
