Where did this rumor generate? There really is no such foul as I can find.
Blocking, illegal hands or pushing.
We cannot apply a penalty to a taller or higher jumper. There "better play" always gets the "Over the back" yell.
How do you guy's "watch / read /manage / call" for the foul coach's call "Over the Back"?
