Player control foul goes to a monitor review. The official tells the broadcast crew that it is not an F1 as the ball struck the opponent. My question is why is this a foul at all?

You can't take away a common foul at the monitor.

Didn’t say that they could, my question concerns calling that a PC in the first place. We seem to have several official who believe that this play was called correctly.

Yeah, I've never agreed with calling a player control foul when all the contact is from the ball.

How long? You tell us because there's nothing in the rulebook or a manual that tells us.

Defender was moving laterally and giving ground, A1 initiates and goes through him.

Earlier in the possession there should have been a block/trip call on the Tennessee big man when he stepped out on the ballhandler.

Michigan St. vs Marquette. Approximately 8:25-8:20 remaining in 1st half. Marquette defender deflects ball and it passes through the ring from below, and passes through the ring again from above. Play was stopped and Marquette was given possession. Why?

It's a violation to cause the ball to go through the ring from below.

If I recall correctly, it was definitely deflected up by MSU's Sissoko
