Hate to be a skeptic, but if he hadn’t already gotten a Class A in the first half – I’d bet they would have given him a Class A here. They knew they had to call something but didn’t want to eject him. I cited the rules reference above that would only remotely back up a Class B, and I think that’s quite a stretch.
I suspect we will see this clarified next year.
