bousquet new world record

For everyone who like swimming and particularely competition you probably saw that tuesday the french Bousquet got the new world record in 50 m freestyle!! with an incredible 21"10 (Mark Foster had the precedent record with 21"23!!).It's good for the french team, as we haven't got much people qualified for Athens...)

Does this universities competitions are broadcast on TV?Does anyone have seen the race?
I heard that there also was a new world record in 400m, who was it and how many?
