I was going to post the following post concerning the firing of the Mariners manager but then I thought that most people would not appreciate Italian humor:

I thought the Mariners fired Don Watsamattau, but then I remembered that Wats A Matta U is the leading university in Italy.

We both forgot business owners. BTW - as far as lawyers go, I have numerous cousins who are lawyers and even a judge. I was probably the only male in my generation in my family who didn't go to law school. Talk about disappointed parents!

Hey Mark...ref'd a Nike Tournament this weekend. The Portland Players 17U Boys team was here. Liked their coach (stocky, bald-headed guy). Despite the fact that 5 of his players fouled out of my game he still never once showed any disrepectful displeasure with our crew. He would ocassionally question a call but then would move right back to coaching. He was out the box one time and I reminded him to move back in and he apologized.

One thing you wouldn't like about him, his team had a 3 point lead with 10 seconds left and they fouled a player on a drive to the basket resulting in a 3-point play and OVERTIME

Are you calling any games at the end of the trail tournament. I thought of trying to come down for the first few days. I will be attending the ECOA camp in Belleview The 9-12. So I though I might come down and call a few games at that tournament.

Sorry - I don't know of any camps because I don't attend them. At my age, it's all I can do to get up in the morning. You might try contacting Juulie Downs or Camron Rust.

Do you have any camps going on in the area this year. You have a big girls tournament somewhere around there if i'm not mistaken. I know you will probably have a cheesy reply but I thought I would ask anyway. My uncle lives in Vernonia so I thought I might be able to kill two birds and all. Let me know if you have any insider info. Toma
