Freedom of Movment & Offensive Player

Very robust discussion on another thread about the defensive and Freedom of movement and how they can use their hands...

What about the offensive player? Has anything changed about how they can use their arms and hands on a defender?

No. But I can see the number fouls going up. Some of those things that may have been let go won't get passed on. If were going to hold the defender to the standards we are, then those little push offs and arm bars by the offense that may have been passed on before will likely draw a whistle.
