Houston Street--Stop? Balk?

Watching the Padres at Washington whilst doing a little work

I have not seen Houston Street pitch in a long time.

He appears to bounce instead of stop. Has anyone else noticed this? Is this his SOP?

Couldn't really tell on the first.

The second seemed okay.

Didn't watch the third.
