Value of autographed Baseball

Hello all. First let me start off by saying that I really do not follow baseball that much, which is why I need your help. I have in my possession a 1991 Mets Autographed teamball. The ball itself is an official national league ball. It is in superior mint condition and never touched (in protective casing). It was signed by 31 players included pitching coach Mel Stottlyermyre. All of the signatures are in pen. Of the signatures I can identify include Frank Viola, Kevin Elster, Blaine Beatty, Kevin McReynolds, Charlie Obrien, Tim Burke, Chuck Carr, Wally WhiteHurst and Doug Simons. The remaining 20 or so signatures I cannot identify. Would anyone be able to give me a ball park figure (no pun intended) as to what this might be worth?

My friend, this is a forum for baseball rules and umpires (we are hosted by "Officiating.com"). The chances are slim that your question will be properly answered here. I suggest that you find a regular baseball site to get a proper answer. Good Luck

You're going to be deeply disappointed at how little a 1991 Mets ball is worth. Just keep it.

a little help

New York Mets Team Signed baseball

try this site......he is selling one for $80-$100....remember he is selling that for $80 - $100..(at a profit which is the object of a business) so what its actually worth is subjective to what you are willing to pay for it...

I collect autographed baseballs and wood store model bats...as well.........

I'd give $10 for an autographed Mets ball just to take a whiz on it.

Last fall Deadspin asked readers to send in their favorite Shea/Yankee Stadium memories. I got the impression drunken brawls were a nightly occurrence in New York. The question was how many there would be.

Just don't let Larry Mondello come over to your house and coax your son in to playing catch in the street with it...

Sorry to people who don't have the first clue to what I'm talking about...
